Everything Baked Chicken Dinner

When it comes to dinner and having to pick what meat I'm going to have that night, it's usually always chicken. Chicken is one of those meats that is hands down my favorite and I could really eat it everyday as my main meat source.

When it comes to cooking my chicken, I really prefer it baked. I think it has to do with me getting older and really appreciating a good baked chicken. Because when I was younger, fried was definitely my favorite and it's actually funny because I would only eat the crispy skin and leave a lot of the eat on the bone... Always would get in trouble for wasting my chicken.

So today I would like to share with you all how I make my Everything Baked Chicken Dinner. It's super easy and if your not much of a cook, you can still definitely make this health and delicious dinner. So let's get started friends!

Things You Will Need:

Seasonings & Oil:
Lawry's Garlic Salt
Lawry's Lemon Pepper
Pure Ground Black Pepper

Round Cake Pan
1. Baking The Chicken
Preheat your oven to 350
Get chicken of your choice and rinse them off under cold water
Take a paper towel and pat them dry
Add chicken to a baking sheet
Rub some olive oil on to the chicken
Now add the seasonings (don't get Stingy with the seasonings) (sprinkle salt if needed)
Add chicken to oven and cook for 1 hour. And 15 min or Intel chicken is fully done (have a meat thermometer on hand mans make sure the chicken gets over 160 degrees)

2. Baked Broccoli
Take broccoli and add it to a rectangle pan
Drizzle Extra Virgin Olive Oil over it
Sprinkle salt and pepper for taste
Place in oven when chicken is half way to almost done
Keep in oven Intel broccoli is tender and some hairs are brown (they will be in there for 20min. But make sure to keep an eye on them)

3. Baked Potato
Wash your potatoes off, making sure all of the dirt is gone
Take a fork and stab all over and around your potato
Place potatoes on a nonstick round cake pan and place them in the oven
They will take 1 hour to cook and will need to be flipped half way through
