I decided to film this video for you all because I have been seeing a lot of people talk about being vegan, vegan plant base and vegetarian and they all like to say it's cheap and easy and you don't have to have a lot of money to become it... That is true! But then they go and shop at Whole foods, trader joes and stores like that....that's not cheap in a lot of people's eyes. That's why I filmed this video to share with you the basics of what you need and how it can really be affordable even for someone on a collage budget aka no more Top Raman and water.
